Is Len Lemeire the new Sevren Ni-arb?

Maybe not entirely fair to Len, a veteran musician who has been releasing records for 9 years, but still .. good company to keep. Sevren Ni-arb (aka Brain Nerves) was the mastermind behind EBM pioneers X-Marks the Pedwalk. In a few short years Sevren took XMTP from sounding like .. well .. 'Freaks', to trance-fueled dancefloor masters. Sevren's sound engineering style earned him the well deserved reputation as producer supreme as he produced acts like Armageddon Dildos, ECO, Evil's Toy, Shunt, Steril and more.

Lemeire's band Implant puts out dark goa-styled EBM, and seems to just keep getting better. In the past year, Implant released one of the best (double) CDs of the year (Self Inflicted), two solid EPs and a horde of amazing remixes including a full remix cd of alfa-matrix labelmates (V/A - Synthphony REMIXed! Vol3 CD). To my ears Len is among the best remixers around today, his organic sounding beats really spice up a boring 4/4 dance track.
